Clinical Director/Registered Psychotherapist
Sarah Long, MA. BA.
Sarah’s main area of expertise lies with children and families, assisting them with behavioural management, social skills and parent support. Sarah’s services include but are not limited to working with children who have: ADHD, Autism, behavioural challenges, social deficits, big feelings, and developmental delays.
Her approach will create a fun, safe space for your child to shift from problematic patterns and increase feelings of understanding, confidence and acceptance. For parents, Sarah offers a warm, accepting space to discuss any issues pertaining to your child, family life and emotional functioning. With Sarah’s client-centred approach, she offers support in a positive and inclusive manner that will leave you feeling encouraged.

Client Care Coordinator
Danielle LeBlanc, BAHons
As a Client Care Coordinator, Danielle is often the first point of contact for families seeking ABA and Psychotherapy services. She conducts free initial consultations to understand each family’s needs, answer questions about our services, and guide clients through the intake process with clarity and care.
As a member of the intake team, Danielle works closely with clinical staff to ensure a smooth transition from initial inquiry to service initiation. She is committed to providing a supportive, respectful, and meaningful experience, helping families feel confident and well-informed as they take their first steps toward care.

Natalie Del Grande, MA, Bsc.
Natalie's approach is grounded in Humanistic theory and tailored to each client. She also incorporates Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), particularly when working with youth and adolescents. These approaches support young people in understanding and managing their emotions, building coping strategies, and improving communication in their relationships.
When working with couples, Natalie draws from the Gottman Theory, a structured yet flexible framework that allows couples to rebuild trust and create lasting change in their relationship.
Natalie believes that therapy should be a collaborative, supportive process where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change. Whether you're coming in with a clear goal or just know that something needs to shift, Natalie is here to walk alongside you through the process

Benjamin is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. He has training in support group facilitation for a variety of mental health populations. Benjamin also has experience providing support for athletes surrounding issues with perfectionism and anxiety.
In his approach he will take the time to get to know you on a deeper level to truly understand your challenges. Benjamin tailors his therapeutic approach to meet your unique needs and develop specific attainable strategies to move you closer to your goals.
Benjamin will work with you to help you realize and attain the suitable coping skills to build resiliency, increase your confidence and work toward your therapeutic goals. He approaches your presented issues by working alongside you, as a team. You are driving the car and he is here to help you navigate the road to recovery.

Nathaniel Israel specializes in trauma-informed psychotherapy for veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals, executives, and individuals navigating significant personal and professional challenges.
Using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT-informed therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-focused interventions, Nathaniel helps clients address anxiety, emotional regulation, coping skills, unresolved trauma, and concerns impacting their well-being.
With over 15 years of experience in mental health and addiction treatment, Nathaniel provides a collaborative, practical, and individualized approach to help clients build resilience, regain stability, and create meaningful change.

Amy Fowler, M.A, B.A
Amy has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from York University and a master’s degree in counselling psychology from Yorkville University. She is experienced in using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) as well as trauma-focused (CBT) with children and youth 6-18 as well as adults.
Amy specializes in working with highly sensitive people. If you or your child have ever felt alone in your strong emotions Amy uses a warm, validating approach based in mindfulness and connection.

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
Shinice Sutherland, M.ADS BA.
Shinice has over 8 years of experience working with infants, children, adolescence, adults and families, specializing in skill acquisition and managing challenging behaviours such as aggression, self-injury, and social deficits. Her expertise includes creating individualized behaviour intervention plans (BIPs), behaviour support for adults with acquired brain injuries, supervising in group homes, providing parent training, and helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other developmental delays.
Shinice’s approach is trauma-informed and family-centered, ensuring that every learner feels safe, understood, and supported. She works closely with parents, offering a compassionate space to discuss concerns related to their child’s behaviour and emotional well-being. Her services are designed to foster positive behaviour change, improve social skills, and promote confidence in children, while empowering families with practical strategies for success.
