The Regulation Retreat

The Regulation Retreat is a 2-week, small-group intensive for children ages 9–12 who experience big emotions, anxiety, or difficulty coping. Using evidence-based DBT skills developed by Marsha Linehan, children learn how to understand their feelings, manage emotional overwhelm, and build confidence in everyday situations. Each day includes structured skill-building, creative activities, and outdoor time, helping kids practice what they learn in a supportive, engaging environment.
