INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY

Individual therapy is a one-on-one, collaborative space dedicated entirely to you. It offers time to slow down, reflect, and explore your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and experiences in a safe, confidential environment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, therapy provides structured support tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Our trained Psychotherapists may draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed practices. Depending on what you’re working through, we might focus on building coping and regulation skills, understanding patterns rooted in past experiences, strengthening self-esteem, improving boundaries, or developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Individual therapy is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about building insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Sessions are paced with care and intention, allowing you to move toward greater clarity, emotional balance, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

We provide our in-person services at our office located in Whitby, Ontario​

and virtual services throughout all of Ontario

Session Lengths: 50-minutes, 30 minutes, 90 minutes
