GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY
For Children and Teens
Group therapy for children and adolescents provides a safe, supportive space where young people can connect with peers facing similar challenges. Through guided activities, discussions, and skill-building exercises, participants learn to express emotions, develop coping strategies, and improve social and communication skills in a structured setting.
These sessions help reduce feelings of isolation, build confidence, and promote empathy and understanding among peers. With guidance from a trained therapist, kids and teens practice problem-solving, emotional regulation, and healthy relationship skills in a supportive group environment.
Group therapy empowers young people to grow, build resilience, and feel more connected—both to themselves and to others—while learning tools they can carry into everyday life.
