GROUP PSYCHOTHERAPY

Adult group therapy provides a supportive space where individuals can connect with others facing similar life challenges, such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship difficulties. Guided by a trained therapist, participants learn practical coping strategies, develop emotional regulation and communication skills, and gain insight from shared experiences.

The group setting fosters connection, reduces isolation, and offers a safe environment to practice new skills, receive feedback, and build resilience. Adult group therapy helps participants grow personally, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and support.

7 Principles Couple's Workshop

This 8-week interactive workshop is designed to help couples strengthen connection, improve communication, and deepen their understanding of one another using the research-based Gottman Method. Guided by the 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work, you and your partner will learn practical skills that support healthier conflict, increased emotional intimacy, and a more resilient relationship foundation.​ Each week combines psychoeducation, guided discussions, demonstrations, and structured couples exercises that you can immediately apply in your daily life.This program is ideal for couples who want to learn tools to enhance their relationship in a supportive, non-judgmental space—without needing to attend traditional therapy.
