NATALIE DEL GRANDE
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward? Life can bring challenges that feel isolating — but you don’t have to face them alone. As a counsellor, I work with individuals, couples, and youth navigating stress, relational difficulties, low motivation, and other personal struggles.
My approach is grounded in Humanistic theory and tailored to each client. I also incorporate Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), particularly when working with youth and adolescents. These approaches support young people in understanding and managing their emotions, building coping strategies, and improving communication in their relationships. When working with couples, I draw from the Gottman Theory, a research-based approach that focuses on improving communication, building emotional connection, and resolving conflict effectively. This structured yet flexible framework allows couples to rebuild trust and create lasting change in their relationship.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative, supportive process where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change. Whether you're coming in with a clear goal or just know that something needs to shift, I'm here to walk alongside you through the process.

Together, we’ll work to better understand the challenges you're facing and explore new ways of coping, connecting, and growing.
