GROUP THERAPY SERVICES
Group therapy is a type of psychotherapy where two facilitators work together with a group of clients. Group therapy aims to relieve individual distress through discussing and expressing feelings; helping to change attitudes, behaviour and habits that may be unhelpful; and promoting more constructive and adaptive ways of coping.
DBT SKILLS GROUP - AGES 12+ - VIRTUAL AND IN PERSON
8 Week Intensive.

Virtual - via Jane - Wednesdays 6pm-7:30pm
